Cheimaa Aouni

With over 15 years of experience in public real estate — in central government, municipalities and as an advisor — Cheimaa knows how to transform complex real estate challenges into clear solutions. She combines strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality and makes complex matters accessible.

Previously, Cheimaa worked at a ministry, as Real Estate Manager at the municipality of Zoetermeer and as council member in Amstelveen. She now advises independently through Cirkelvast and as Manager Strategy & Operations at KPMG.
